Bowling for Green

Bowling and basketball have a lot in common – hardwood floors, balls that don’t always go the way you think they will, and great times on cold nights. One fan who went by “Bob L.” found a way to combine those two passions with a Celtics-green bowling ball. Boston players also like to bowl, especially at Marcus Smart’s charity bowling events. He had kind words to say about his teammates after they attended his YounGameChanger Foundation event in 2019: “I know they’re tired. I know they’re exhausted. They could be home getting some rest but they decided to show up here and it just means a lot.”
