A Baker’s Dozen Titles

The 1975-76 Celtics brought the franchise’s 13th NBA World Championship title to Beantown. The team’s biggest highlight came during Game 5 of the NBA Finals. Boston defeated the Phoenix Suns in triple overtime, 128-126, in a contest described as the “Greatest Game Ever Played.” Head Coach Tommy Heinsohn collapsed in the locker room following the game, telling one reporter, “I got dehydrated and just conked out.”
