Red the Joker

Auerbach had a reputation as a practical joker, once giving Heinsohn a fake cigar that exploded when Heinsohn took a puff. Heinsohn eventually got his revenge on his cigar-chomping coach, saying, “it took me about a hundred bucks worth of cigars before he finally stopped looking to see if they were loaded.”
