Red in the NB Center

The Celtics opened a new 70,000 square-foot practice facility called the Auerbach Center in June 2018. Boston Mayor Marty Walsh said, “This new facility brings our Celtics home. So now, they won’t just be winning in Boston, they’ll be training in Boston as well.” These New Balance shoes, launched in coordination with the practice space, had Red Auerbach’s nickname in the heel.
