Such was the case on February 13, 2020, when Boston welcomed former coach Doc Rivers and his Los Angeles Clippers back to TD Garden. Behind 39 points from Jayson Tatum and 31 from Marcus Smart, the Celtics outlasted the Clippers in double overtime, 141-133.
