Practicing With Paul

Paul Pierce practiced like he played: hard. Teammate Avery Bradley joined the Celtics toward the end of Pierce’s career in Boston and remembered that “Paul might just come in early, and then do every single workout with me. And still, practice and play 30 minutes per game.” That determination helped Pierce maintain a near 20-year NBA career that ended with his induction into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
