Hondo vs. the Skyhook

Celtics legend John Havlicek signed these white Adidas shoes with blue stripes, but there is another NBA star featured on the tongue of the shoe: Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Havlicek’s Los Angeles Lakers rival and master of the skyhook. Abdul-Jabbar was the first basketball player endorsed by Adidas after he signed a $25,000 endorsement in 1976.
