Frank Ramsey Puts the Celtics on Top

Following a disappointing loss in the 1958 NBA Finals, the Celtics were back to retake their crown. Led by cover boy Frank Ramsey, the Celtics swept the Minneapolis Lakers to win the 1959 NBA World Championship title. That season’s yearbook featured biographies and stats on every player (check out the PDF to see a sample page), team photos from each of the previous Celtics teams and a shout out to the Junior Celtics “knot hole gang” of 6,000 youngsters who attended home games for 75 cents.
