Em Bryant’s Instant Impact

Em Bryant came to Boston from the rival New York Knicks in 1968 and played two of his eight professional seasons in the Green and White. He made his first one count by helping the Celtics to victory in the 1969 NBA Finals over the Los Angeles Lakers. In the seven-game series, Bryant averaged 11 points and five rebounds en route to winning his very first NBA World Championship title.
