Celtics Superfans

There has never a shortage of characters at Boston Garden and TD Garden. From Nasser “Aztec Gino” Abasali to Russell “The Guy with Green Hair” Medeiros, to “Sign Ladies” Rita Kissane and Joanne Borzakian to Daylon “The Dancing Kid” Trotman, Celtics fans can often find as much entertainment in the stands as on the court. Another famed superfan named Lynsdale Ford, aka “The Black Leprechaun,” donned this flashy hat. A native of Belize who became a regular at Celtics games when he moved to Revere, Ford said, “I’m going there to pump the people.”
