A New Ring for K.C.

Celtics Head Coach K.C. Jones accepted his 1984 NBA World Championship ring from NBA Commissioner David Stern. When Jones received that ring, the crowd began chanting “DEFENSE! DEFENSE!” as a nod to his team’s defensive prowess in the 1984 NBA Finals. It was Jones’ 11th career championship ring following eight as a player and two as an assistant coach.
