A Haul of Hall-of-Famers
Talk about a Hall-of-Fame hat! More than a dozen Celtics legends, including Larry Bird, Bob Cousy, Bill Russell and Red Auerbach, put their signatures on a classic Celtics cap. With so many Hall-of-Famers, All-Stars and basketball icons in franchise history, we’re surprised it had enough room for all that star power.
A Real Hall-of-Fame Jacket
When Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall-of-Famers are inducted at Springfield, they receive an orange jacket to symbolize their achievement. For Celtics fans, this off-the-rack jacket with its original tags might be more valuable. Ten members of the Hall of Fame signed the jacket along with seven more Celtics favorites from the 1950s, ’60s, ’70s and ’80s.
Boston’s Team of the Century
No NBA team has quite the storied history as the Celtics, as the signatures by these basketball legends attest. The 17-time NBA World Champions boast 49 Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall-of-Famers, many of whom signed this ball, including Larry Bird, Bob Cousy and John Havlicek.
